Zuzi Gaal, MA, MBA, CEC

Zuzi Gaal is an international executive coach, a seasoned business consultant, and an expert trainer and facilitator. In a strategic, open and supportive way, she helps her clients across the globe grow, become empowered, and achieve the results they desire.

Zuzi is certified as an Executive Coach through Royal Roads University, and has also trained with GITP International. She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and also a Masters of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management.

In her results-oriented approach with clients, Zuzi combines her extensive knowledge of development and business with over 12 years of work experience in Canada, the United States and Europe.

In her last industry position with the Bank of Montreal, Zuzi was responsible for building high performance through leadership capability and capacity. She was the force behind the organization’s new criteria for Executive Coaches and their assessment, as well as the selection and engagement evaluation required to bring BMO's coaching program to a higher level. She has also led several important initiatives including leadership development strategies, leadership assessment, and mentoring.

As a result of her experiences in consulting (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Towers Perrin, Watson Wyatt, and independently) and in industry (finance, pharmaceutical, IT, health care, and publishing) she has not only created winning human resources strategies, but has also enriched her coaching with a powerful perspective. Zuzi knows the world of business and understands the issues faced by executives globally.
