An experienced workshop facilitator, leadership and team coach, Tracie Moser brings a wealth of learning and development skill sets and personal experience to her client relationships. 

Tracie is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.  She trained with The Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Tracie is also a trained Organizational Relationship Systems Coach, which enables her to coach teams to navigate through the stages of team development (forming, storming, norming and performing).  This combined with her certifications in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and over 13 years of designing and facilitating learning and development programs make her an ideal resource for development in many contexts.    

Before becoming an independent consultant and coach, Tracie amassed over 10 years of experience in corporate Human Resource Learning and Development roles in various organizations including Wal-Mart, AXA Insurance and Ballard Power Systems.    She has coached clients in the following organizations/ industries: Engineering, tele-communications, video game, oil and gas, and First Nations.

Tracie is an innovator and is driven to aid leaders and teams to create meaningful relationships within their organizations so that everyone has the tools and confidence to step into their ultimate potential.   Her drive comes from the desire to align her client’s internal and outer world thoughts, feelings and actions.  With this alignment, leaders and teams can more readily adopt a conscious and intentional approach in their working relationships.
