Ted Kneidl is an executive coach and business consultant with more than 30 years of success in both corporate America and as an entrepreneur.

Ted’s coaching practice has includes executives and entrepreneurs in medicine, publishing, federal government, software, creative services, construction, and more.  His coaching is results oriented. Ted defines coaching as a professional partnership that supports the achievement of goals set by the individual or the team.  His process focuses on the skills and actions needed to produce extraordinary results. Ted believes that through coaching the clarity needed to support the most effective action is achieved.  In the end, coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of possibilities leading to more effective choices.   

Ted has provided consulting services to a wide variety of industries including entertainment, food and beverage, healthcare, automotive, communications, sales promotion, academia and government.  

As an entrepreneur and business owner for 10 years, Ted served as president of his own beverage-industry sales management firm and later founded and directed the West End Soda Company to produce and market premium beverages.  With regard to corporate experience, Ted was a top performer for 13 years at Anheuser-Busch, the world’s largest brewer. From the entry position of Industrial Engineer, he rose to Vice President and General Manager of an operating division. 

Ted earned his BS in Industrial Management and his MBA from the University of Cincinnati. The latter was earned on a full academic scholarship and teaching assistantship. Ted is a Certified Professional Coach, a graduate of the CTI Leadership program, an Authorized Facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment, and a member of both the International Coach Federation and the Georgia Coaches Association.
