Team Diagnostic Program: Sustainable Collaborative Results

The Team DiagnosticTM Program program uses a team assessment and a model for team performance excellence created by Team Coaching International. Based on Systems Theory, Relationship Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry and leading academic research, this program is unique in its systems approach to teams and in its coaching approach to the facilitation and ongoing guidance of teams.

The two-day program begins with a comprehensive assessment of the team as a whole system and serves as a strategy planning clinic during which a development plan is created. The team then receives ongoing coaching to ensure that the insights and learnings are integrated and applied to their daily work. The result is a significant improvement in team performance that lasts!

Unlike other assessments, the TCI tools view teams not as a collection of individuals but as a self-organizing system of relationships and interacting influences, all of which affect the performance and satisfaction of individuals and of the system as a whole. This view, along with coaching towards deeper insights and concrete action plans, results in a team system that can more effectively manage itself and thrive in any environment.

In addition to the 2-day facilitated debrief and strategy planning clinic, the program includes 6 months of weekly team coaching. The assessment requires 20 minutes of each team members' time, online, before the clinic takes place.
