Sue McKee is an intuitive strategist who partners with business leaders to create meaningful success in their careers. As an authorized facilitator of Team Coaching International's Team Diagnostic tool, Sue also works with organizational teams to create the synergistic potential that is possible when collaboration, communication, and meaningful connection are optimized within a team.

Sue is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She trained with The Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Having excelled in marketing, sales, internal audit and innovation at Unilever Canada, Sue is a corporate veteran of 14 years. She has been acknowledged for her direct communication style, her compassion and her ability to grasp complex concepts with ease. Known as the coach who "gets" what matters, Sue has worked with clients at Unilever, Ketchum, Rabobank, and RBC.
