Pat McCann is an Executive Coach & Consultant based in Wilmette, Illinois. He has over 25 years of experience working with business leaders in insurance and financial services, as well as manufacturing sales. For the last ten years, Pat has coached executives and senior managers to produce exceptional results in increased productivity, business expansion, and improved profitability. He has served a variety of industries including environmental systems, IT consulting, airport design, real estate development, and residential construction.
Pat specializes in strengthening relationships, assisting executives to manage complex and difficult situations with grace and ease. Employing an array of assessment tools, including 360 Feedback, he helps create strategies for production and executive performance and aids in implementing those strategies. Using a holistic approach, Pat helps clients transform situations quickly and prepares them to deal more effectively with the issues at hand.
Pat has coached business leaders in a number of capacities, including the transition into a new company, buying a company in a related industry, and moving into the presidency of an established firm. He has also coached candidates for political office. Pat’s personal experience and ontological approach to each client, allows him to successfully coach executives facing great challenges.
Pat is an accomplished workshop designer and facilitator. He has created and led programs for clients on staff communications and job satisfaction ("On Your Best Day"), and for the public ("The Myth of Talent", "Reclaiming Your Passionate Life" and "Man Alive")
Pat has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Southern Illinois University. He has been extensively trained in the transformational technology of Landmark Education Corporation and served on the staff at Landmark in Chicago for three years. He has completed the Coaches Training Institute curriculum. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a former board member of the ICF Chicago chapter.
