Our Process

  1. Understands the needs and overall goals and strategies of the organization
  2. Collaborates with the organization to develop options that will address its needs
  3. Submits a proposal with our recommendations
  4. Obtains customer approval
  5. Arranges for the individual clients or teams to be matched up with our coaches
  6. Conducts a benchmark assessment for the overall program
  7. Conducts a performance feedback assessment, or reviews an existing performance feedback report for each individual client
  8. Creates a coaching development plan for each individual client / team
  9. Obtains agreement of the coaching development plan from key stakeholders
  10. Conducts a mid-point progress review
  11. Adjusts the course of the coaching program if required
  12. Conducts a final ROI assessment of the program and final progress review for each individual client / team
