Maureen Clarke is a creative catalyst, helping organizations thrive and engaging people in living life on purpose and in balance.

Maureen is passionate about leadership, corporate culture and its impact on individual and organizational wellness. Maureen works with leaders at all organizational levels helping them successfully navigate the realities of workplace complexity and the glaring challenges they face in balancing work and life in their leadership roles. Maureen’s goal is to bring awareness and solutions to individuals and organizations related to the issues of work and life integration through the design and delivery of measurable, results-based life and leadership coaching programs.

Maureen’s passion for organizational culture and change began during her graduate studies in Leadership and Training at Royal Roads University. After studying leadership, systems theory and learning organizations and receiving her Master of Arts Degree (MA) Maureen then took her knowledge back to the private sector, working with Johnson & Johnson in the areas of education & development.

A lifelong learner herself, Maureen is able to make the complex clear and compelling and believes wholeheartedly that her approach will provide clarity for organizations and individuals to be the change they want to see in the world. After 15 years in the private sector, her evolution into the coaching realm was a natural progression as she began to understand that as systems needed support for change so did leaders. Coaching was the perfect fit to assist individuals in organizations in sustaining their effectiveness as leaders.

Maureen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained at the Coaches Training Institute, one of the oldest accredited coaching schools in the world. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and former board member for the Vancouver Island Chapter of the ICF.

She also routinely draws from her own personal experience as a leader and the mother of two young children.
