Lyse Mérineau, MA, CRHA

As an executive and career coach, Lyse specializes in supporting managers in transition. She helps them through major changes in their working life such as those required by an organizational change, a transition to a new position, a career change, or a mindset shift in how they lead, communicate or relate to people. Lyse works with her clients to enable transformational change as they gain fundamental insights about what has to shift within themselves in order to move to the next level of their career and leadership.

Lyse had a major career shift herself in the late 90's when she chose to follow a passion of hers - human development. She did her Masters degree in psychosociology in Quebec, and was concurrently trained in transformational approaches to development. Prior to that she occupied various managerial positions with major Canadian Advertising and Public Relations firms for a period of 20 years. As an expert and consultant in marketing and communication, she served clients from over 15 different industries and from the public sector during that period. She was the founding director of Fusion Alliance Marketing, a division of Cossette Communication Marketing.

Since the year 2000, Lyse has been coaching managers in various fields within both the corporate and public sectors. She has also been engaged in the organisational and cultural transformation of major corporate clients within the aerospace, banking and insurance industries as an external facilitator for McKinsey & Company since 2004.

She is accredited by the International Coach Federation, and is also a Certified Human Resources Consultant. She is a member of the Quebec professional order (ORHRI).

Lyse is recognized for helping people gain clarity about their purpose and their unique talents. She has an ear for what integrates individuals and organizations, and for what is fundamental in situations and in people, resulting in deeper insight and sustainable change. Her clients experience greater peace, a renewed spirit and a focussed sense of direction which serve as a background for a profitable business and personal life.

Lyse is fully bilingual and coaches in both French and English. She is based in Quebec, Canada.
