Len Huckabay, CPCC, PCC

Len is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and holds a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) designation. He is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited through the International Coach Federation.

As a committed Leadership and Organizational Coach, Len's vocation is building leadership capacity by focusing on an individual's learning, awareness, growth, and emotional intelligence. Len believes that leaders who are more aligned to their values and engaged from their strengths are much more effective in today's business environment. His approach honors the individual and brings a sense of balance and authenticity to each relationship.

Over the past seven years, Len has coached clients at Telvent, Talisman Energy, EnCana, Suncor, SAIT, University of Calgary, Bank of Montreal, BC Lotteries, Walton International and West Jet.

Len is also an experienced Organizational and Relationship Systems coach drawing upon a groundbreaking model for coaching relationship systems in organizations and groups, teams, and partnerships.

Clients are unanimous when they say that Len's coaching is extremely insightful, supportive yet challenging, propelling, sometimes playful, and always intentional in nature.

Len has served on the CAPC Board of Directors as Communications Director and is an active sponsor of the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations.
