An experienced success coach and career strategy consultant, Kristen powerfully inspires her clients to discover and align with their innate strengths and full potential, resulting in greater career success, productivity and fulfillment.

Kristen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She trained with The Coaches Training Institute and is a professional member of the International Coach Federation. Kristen is also trained in Change and Stress Management Coaching, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching as well as career evaluation. She completed her BA in the US and UK in Business Management and Human Behavior.

Kristen brings over 15 years of career consulting and 4 years of success coaching experience to the Integra team. She has consulted for several major Canadian financial, insurance and case management corporations and continues to coach entrepreneurs, presidents, sales executives, mid-level managers, technical specialists, consultants and health care providers based in Canada, the US and overseas. Passionate and infectiously inspiring, she is known for helping her clients to explore new perspectives and then vision, strategize and realize the concrete steps that lead to their increased fulfillment and success.
