As an executive and personal coach, professional trainer and facilitator, Katrine supports individuals to own their leadership and to work in collaboration with others as a way of reaching their full potential and furthering organizational change and excellence.

Katrine is certified as an Executive Coach both with the International Coach Federation and with Royal Roads University. She also trained with the Coaches Training Institute. Katrine has a certificate from OISE/University of Toronto's Adult Training and Development program, and is qualified in Myers-BriggsTM, Six Thinking HatsTM, and Career ArchitectTM. Her formal education includes a BA from York University.

As Learning & Development Specialist for Levi Strauss & Co., Katrine was involved in all aspects of leadership development including individual coaching, as well as designing and delivering training programs in Core Values, Diversity, Respect in the Workplace and Career Development. In association with the Collaborative Leadership Institute, Katrine used coaching as the basis for a major initiative to shift the culture at Alcan Inc. (Kitimat). Katrine has also coached clients at The North York General Hospital, Regal Greetings & Gifts, Home Instead Senior Care, Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minneapolis, Genuine Health and Camp Oochigeas.

Her experience in the business world has encompassed both corporate and entrepreneurial activities over the past twenty years. As well as working for Levi Strauss & Co., she was also National Product Training Manager for Canon Canada Inc., and General Manager of Executive Services of Madison.

Katrine's keen interest in the principles underlying personal development as it relates to organizational development has fostered a deep understanding of the processes underlying profound and lasting change. Her one-on-one coaching provides focus, accountability, and new perspectives, and her coaching training workshops are received with great enthusiasm. In addition, Katrine has had a life-long interest in the subject of creativity and innovation and how to develop this faculty in those who "think" they aren't creative. Her carefully designed innovation development programs create a safe environment for participants to explore their own creativity and provide specific tools for breakthrough thinking that they take back to the workplace.
