Kathy Hay, CPCC

Kathy is known for her passion and pioneering work in partnership coaching. She was one of the first coaches to graduate from the advanced coach training program in Organizational and Relationships Systems Coaching taught through the Coaches Training Institute.

Kathy's in-depth knowledge of systems theory and her tremendous enthusiasm for enhancing relationships in the workplace have led her to work with business partnerships and teams across many industries.

Since the age of 19, Kathy has owned and operated small businesses. Her entrepreneurial spirit, as well as her experience as both a small business owner and a non-profit program director, has resulted in a well-rounded business leader. She is known for her intensity and passion as she helps her clients through deep learning and into bold action.

Kathy was trained and certified with the Coaches Training Institute and has been coaching for 7 years. She is based in Barrie, Ontario.
