Karey VanBuren, Comm., PCC, CPCC

Karey is a coaching partner to business leaders and their teams. His 25 years experience in large and small companies support his contributions as a leadership development and team coach. In his previous corporate life he was a senior executive for 10 years in both private and public companies.

Karey is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute including Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching, Team Coaching International, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited through the International Coach Federation. His professional development includes advance training in the principles and tools of systems thinking.

Karey's clients typically include senior management. He is known for growing his clients’ leadership capabilities and their business. He has extensive adult learning and change management experience which includes one-on-one and team coaching. He has also worked extensively in situations where there are challenging workplace relationships. He is an engaging group facilitator, eliciting the very best in individual and group accomplishments.

Karey supports individuals and teams to create meaningful and lasting results. He is recognized by clients and colleagues as gifted at enabling new perspectives to emerge, with a focus on creating new choices in the client’s life.
