Integra Associate Coach Quality Standards

• Alignment with Integra's vision and values
• Coaching Certification from an ICF-accredited coaching school or Coaching Credentials from the ICF (International Coaching Federation)
• Minimum 300 hours paid coaching experience
• Minimum 10 years business work experience
• Minimum 3 years corporate coaching experience with a representative number of corporate coaching assignments
• Demonstrated success in coaching corporate clients (references or testimonials required)
• Demonstrated high caliber coaching ability (recordings and live demos required)
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
• Commitment to ethical standards at least equivalent to those of the International Coach Federation
• Member of the International Coach Federation
