Jennifer Britton is global leadership and performance coach who brings a passion for harnessing the potentials of teams and groups to achieve extraordinary organizational results.
Jennifer is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach as well as a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (McGill University), a Masters in Environmental Studies (York University) and has completed post-graduate Human Resource Management studies. In December 2003, Jennifer became one of Canada's first twenty-one Certified Performance Technologists, in recognition for her results-based work with teams and organizations globally.
Evolving from her twelve-year global career as a Manager with organizations including the United Nations, Jennifer supports individual and group clients in the areas of teamwork, leadership and business success. Based on experience, she brings a unique perspective in terms of global and virtual teamwork and leadership development.
Jennifer is the author of the Engaging Exercises for Teams and GroupsTMmanual. At the organizational level, Jennifer works with clients to develop long-term solutions and interventions to performance and leadership issues. Her strong business acumen, augmented by teaching business studies at the post-secondary level, has benefited clients in more than twenty countries around the world. An internationally recognized coach, speaker and trainer, Jennifer has provided coaching, consulting and training services to governmental, corporate and nonprofit clients.
Jennifer is also a member of the International Coach Federation, ASTD, the Canadian Society for Training and Development, the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
Known for her results-oriented, inspirational, engaging style, Jennifer supports leaders, business owners, teams and organizations who are leaving innovative footprints for others to follow.
