Jackie Radford is an executive coach and organizational development specialist. Although trained and experienced in operations and all areas of human resource management, her primary focus is leadership development, coaching, and helping leaders and teams manage the complexities of change.
Jackie's clients, to name a few, include Johnson & Johnson, Novo Nordisk Pharmaceutical, International Paper, Avaya, Siemens and Independence Blue Cross of New Jersey. She uses her business background to help executives clarify their purpose and passion, and to integrate these essential qualities into every aspect of their personal lives and business practices.
Jackie earned a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, an M.S. in Human Resources from Webster University and an M.S. in Organization Development from the American University/NTL program. She is an adjunct coach for Coaching.com, a Ken Blanchard Company, and is a coach for the Senior Women's Leadership Program at Rutgers University.
Jackie's experience is varied and includes managing people and resources, leading diversity and culture/change management initiatives, and labor and employee relations With more than 20 years experience at Johnson & Johnson in Operations and as a Human Resource Development Consultant, Jackie powerfully engages leaders at all levels within the organization. She believes in the essential "greatness" of all people and in the possibility of awakening that greatness to achieve exceptional personal and business results. This belief is at the core of her coaching practice.
