Elizabeth Woodbridge is a trainer and certified coach helping individuals and organizations clarify their vision and consciously create their desired results using practical tools for a fast-paced and rapidly evolving world.

Elizabeth's specialty is working with individuals and management teams to develop effective communication and leadership skills that improve company moral and productivity. She is a change specialist for people who want harmonious, balanced and creative lives. She has been coaching since July 1999 and is certified by the International Coach Federation and Coaches Training Institute. Her clients have been from a variety of professions including members of the management team of a marketing firm, attorney, financial advisor, sales manager, marketing manager, human resources manager, office manager, director of planning and customer support, author, coach, trainer, therapist and MBA students.

Elizabeth has a passion for training coaches as well. She is a faculty member of Co-Creative Alliance, an international leadership coach-training program whose clients include British Telecom and Network Rail in England. She is also on the faculty of both the Coaches Training Institute, where she trains new coaches to the level of professional certification, and of Leadership that Works, a firm focusing on human development and leadership.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky. Her professional experience includes Executive Director of several non-profit organizations, board development, special events coordination, sales and public relations. She is a graduate of the year long Co-Active Leadership Training Program and a member of the International Coach Federation.
