Bev Baker-Hofmann, B.Ed., M.Ed., R.Psych., CPCC, ACC

As a business and leadership coach, Bev has worked with executives and teams across a variety of industries including wealth and business builders, science and technology, and education. She is committed to supporting and challenging individuals, teams and organizations to develop effective leadership, create meaningful and sustainable change, and leave a legacy.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, Bev has led countless workshops, retreats and seminars. Her coaching training and skills, combined with her more than 25 years experience in the field of education as a teacher, counselor, consultant and psychologist, has resulted in a unique and dynamic mix. It allows her to work with people in various capacities and with differing needs in an open, genuine and engaging way.

Bev is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), with coaching training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She has also completed advanced training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.

Her clients benefit from the opportunity to reflect on what matters most to them in order to create their vision for the future. They are challenged to look at situations from different perspectives and develop strategies and solutions to enhance self-understanding, develop strong work and personal relationships and achieve extraordinary results in life and business

Bev is the co-author of Create a Ripple: Making a World of Difference, a top-15 finalist in the 2006 Independent Publisher Book Awards in the Inspirational/Spiritual category. She believes in the difference we can create in our own lives, in the lives of those around us, and in the global community when we live with intention and purpose.
