Integra Leadership provides a centralized source for all your executive coaching needs across North America and around the globe. We consist of a team of highly qualified leadership coaches located in major cities across Canada and the US. As the North American Regional Partner for InnerCALL Global, Integra offers larger scale international coaching solutions for multi-national organizations.
Integra Leadership was formed by the merger of three Canadian coaching companies: The Institute for Innovative Leadership, Leaders Excelling, and SEM Fischer. All three organizations have a proven track record of providing leadership coaching across North America since 2002. The merger brings together the hearts and minds of Katrine Goldfarb, Sue McKee, and Sabine Fischer who share a passion for making a positive difference in organizations by maximizing their leadership potential. We have formed Integra Leadership to support organizations in developing their employees' capacity because we know that employees who work to capacity are significantly more productive and engaged.
Our vision is that by the year 2015, we will have supported 100,000 leaders in developing their ability to make a positive difference in the world. We are doing this by providing world-class coaching and learning solutions that generate sustainable corporate success. Our team is rigorous about results, passionate about people potential, and serious about sustainable change.
